What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  ROES has a secure area for you to fill this information in, or you may call customer service to add your information to our file.  Please include the card type, card number, expiration date, billing address, and zip code.

What does shipping cost?
Michigan Photo provides free shipping on ground orders via FedEx or UPS.  However, each box shipped must contain $50.00 worth of orders to avoid a $5.00 surcharge.  We can also ship your order FedEx Red Priority, FedEx Red Standard, or FedEx Red 2nd day for an additional fee.   C.O.D. orders are not accepted.

You also have the option to have your order drop shipped directly to your customer.  Each drop ship carries a flat fee of $10.00.  Please contact customer service in addition to indicating the drop ship on your ROES Order.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
Please contact customer service immediately!  We would be happy to help you fix the problem.  Please have your order number (777_ _ _ _) ready when you call to help expedite the process.

How do I make sure my monitor matches your print?
Michigan Photo provides a PDI Target to adjust your monitor.  Please contact customer service to obtain one for use with our By-the-Inch service line or Standard printing line.  If your monitor is not calibrated, we do not guarantee a match and prints will be redone at your cost.


What is the average turn around time on an order?
It is Michigan Photo Company's policy not to guarantee delivery dates.  Every effort is made to maintain production schedules.  Our times may also very on occasion due to volume.  Please remember to allow for additional time if your order requires retouching, mounting, hand brushed lacquer or other special servies.  We reserve the right to refuse orders or delay delivery times to meet the demands of our regular customers.
