Important ROES Information
System Requirements:
1. You must have 2 GB of free space on your C Drive
2. You must have Internet Explorer, v6.0 (or higher)
3. You must delete your temporary internet files
4. You should disable your firewall
5. Your files must be on a hard drive somewhere on your computer or network

MAC Users:
Please be advised of the following issue with Apple
and their latest OS X update/java release:
The new 10.3.9 OS X version with its' associated Java update in most instances will prevent the ROES Client from launching. If you are currently running 10.3.8 or below we advise you wait to update to 10.3.9 until Apple has resolved this issue. If you have already installed the update, there is a fix available from Apple via a previous security update. You will need to re-apply this patch if it was installed prior to the 10.3.9 update

Your "My Information" Box
Once you have downloaded the program, you will be prompted to fill out the following information:
1. Your Studio Name
(or last name if you do not operate a studio)
2. Your Account Number
(Combine the first 3 letters of your studio/last name with the first 3 numbers of your street address)
3. Your E-Mail Address
4. Tax Exempt Status
(Fax copy of tax exempt certificate if necessary)
5. Your State
(or last name if you do not operate a studio)
