How do I become a customer?
At Michigan Photo Company, every photographer, professional or amature, is welcome to become a customer. There are no sales requirements or minimums to qualify for an account. We understand how precious and valuable your time is so we do not believe in a lengthy "admissions" process. There are no forms to fill out and no applications to submit. If you would like to become a customer, simply download the ROES. The program requires you to fill out basic information about your studio or yourself which provides us with your account information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard. ROES has a secure area for you to fill this
information in, or you may call customer service to add your information to our file. Please include
the card type, card number, expiration date, billing address, and zip code.
What does shipping cost?
Outgoing parcels are sent FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Actual shipping charges will be added to your invoice. FedEx Express is available for an additional fee. Drop Shipping service is available for $ 2.50 plus the actual freight. Contact customer service for more
information. C.O.D. ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
Please contact customer service immediately! We would be happy to help you fix the problem. Please have your order number (778_ _ _ _) ready when you call to help expedite the process.
How do I make sure my monitor matches your print?
Michigan Photo provides a PDI Target to adjust your monitor. Please contact customer service to obtain one for use with our Customer managed color printing line. If your monitor is not calibrated, we do not guarantee a match and prints will be redone at your cost.
What is the average turn around time on an order?
It is Michigan Photo Company's policy not to guarantee delivery dates. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiveng the order. Gallery wraps take 1 full week due to drying times. Our times may also very on occasion due to volume. Please remember to allow for additional time if your order requires retouching, mounting, hand brushed lacquer or other special servies. We reserve the right to refuse orders or delay delivery times to meet the demands of our regular customers.
